main components in WP3

to fine-tune the needs and preferences of the local population with regard to services and facilities in the field of health care, well-being and leisure opportunities
to promote new and improved ways of well-being using innovative technologies

example: to develop - together with local users an interactive portal at an open fibre network connecting everybody, as a tool to create better cohesion and quality of life in small rural communities. The portal will be open for local content as well as information from the municipality

to experiment with a number of (innovative) health care concepts in extramural e-care and e-health

example: to organise an experimental pilot to practise with tele-medicine and tele-consulting (medical anamnese, diagnosis and health advice over longer distances), and digital exchange of high resolution medical data

to monitor the activities, results and impact of the services approach

The experiences and results of the pilot activities within WP3 are used to draft a working standard how to optimize services and facilities. The three working methods of WP1, 2 and 3 will be converted into the rural power pack RPP, a general working method to set up projects on regional development in other regions and in other periods.
