The international partnership of the European project Vital Rural Area consists of 13 project partners from six participating countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom. Leadpartner is NOFA, the inter-municipal co-operation between the Dutch Municipalities of Achtkarspelen, Dantumadiel, Dongeradeel and Kollumerland c.a. in the Province of Fryslân.
